What We Do

The Next 100 Years marks the closing of the first 100 years of women in law and the start of a new chapter. It will make sure our history is passed down to the next generation while working to deliver real change when it comes to gender equality.

Continuing our Legacy

Carrying on the legacy of the First 100 Years, we will continue to champion the history of women in law and celebrate the achievements of female legal pioneers, both past and present day. We will do this by:

  • Continuing to create unique biography films of pioneering women in law
  • Sharing our traveling exhibition
  • Maintaining an online archive and timeline of our history
  • Marking important milestones and anniversaries each year

Accelerating Change

As we look to the future, we will continue the momentum generated by generations of female legal pioneers. We hope to deliver meaningful progress in gender equality and diversity by 2030. We will do this by:

  • Setting up a cross-industry Task Force to create specific goals and a strategy by which to achieve them
  • Launching an annual lecture series as a platform for future female leaders in the profession
  • Capturing the face of our diverse legal profession through our global photograph campaigns
