What does “paving the way” for future generations mean to you?

“Being called to the Bar was one of the great highlights of my life. I loved my legal career as every day in court brought a new challenge. By supporting the campaign I hope that many more women, from a variety of backgrounds, will join the legal profession and remain in practice. Having the right support at the beginning of your career is vital: I was mentored by Sue Carr, now Lady Chief Justice Dame Sue Carr, and I am forever grateful for her guidance.”
