What does “paving the way” for future generations mean to you?

“Over the years, I have had the privilege of being supported and mentored by wonderful business leaders who have been so generous with their time, their connections and their expertise. They have shown me what it means to #pavetheway for the next generation of leaders and that is something I aspire to do also. Gender equality and social mobility have to be core tenants in shaping our future – both our economy and our society depend on it.”
