Penelope Warne has had a 40 year legal career starting with 5 years at Slaughter and May, followed by founding her own law firm which she then transitioned into her career at CMS, establishing their Aberdeen office and enjoying over 30 years as a leading UK and international Energy lawyer. She was the Chair and The Senior Partner of CMS for 10 years renowned for leading successful impact, growth and mergers and for being a champion of diversity. She has now founded her own business LawEverything to pursue various assignments.
