What does “paving the way” for future generations mean to you?
“As a Patron of the Next Hundred Years ‘paving the way’ for this next generation for me means supporting their access to, resilience within, and successful retention or return to the Profession. Building greater awareness of their challenges is what I aspire to do as a Leader.”
